Levelers Died
Check for power at the solenoid under the step, and check the wire
to the pump motor. You can also check the microswitch that turns on the solenoid: Remove the plate around the four levers, (four screws and remove knobs), you will see a wire basket-handle which the levers move when pushed to the lift position, and somewhere in the dirt and grime you will see the microswitch that the basket-handle activates.
