Steve:

That is your suspension dump valve. Press on the grey ring, toward the
valve body and pull the black air line out. Clip the end of the air line
about 1/4 inch and re insert it fully into the fitting. If that does not
take care of it, then to the right of that valve will be 3 other fittings
with air lines going to it. Undo the last fitting and put it on the valve
then put the one off the valve back in the one you removed. Then find a
Parker Hanifin parts house and order some new fittings. Those fittings are
like the old Chinese finger holder toys, same idea.
