Ralph,
Thanks for the warning, I need all the help that I can get. The HWT is going on 18 years old and I hope the final drain and compressed air purges out most of the Pink Stuff. The square HWT is really tight with space & plumbing, This will be a frustrating project, when adding the bypass and replacing the HWT.
