Finally got the levelers working after swapping out the pump. What a
saga.

A word of advice to those who may work on their leveling system: the
hoses marked with red tape are return lines. In my mind, it seemed
logical that red would mean pressure, but that is not the case. I
guess 'red' and 'return' both start with 'r'. My pressure lines had no
markings.

I had my system hooked up backwards, that's why I was having such
problems.
