Bob,
Yes, please check with Bluebird re. the PTs & SPs. It will be
interesting to know.

Other's with newer models than 1987 have requested the headlight upgrade
information. Seems they are having problems. As you say, the relays
could be there but are bad.

The only way to tell if you have good voltage is to test your headlights
at the headlight sockets.

Several of us created drawings and instructions for upgrading lighting
systems. I did our headlight upgrade a couple months ago. What a
difference. Now I can see the highway at night with the low beams on.
