Steering box/pitman arm shaft seal on the way

Well after spend a good amount of time on the phone and the internet, I
found a seal repair kit for my Ross steering box. I filled the reservoir with
fluid this morning and drove it the 15 miles back to the garage, taking the
most direct route, because it only really squirts fluid when the wheels are cut
sharply. Drove it back the same way with little loss of fluid.

If anyone has dropped the pitman arm and removed this seal on a 1981 I would
be happy to hear from you. Mike H. (and Randy concurred) that the batteries
would have to be removed and the battery box unbolted. However, that still
does not give full access to the huge nut on the end of the pitman arm. So
that panel, (this is on an 81 now) that contains the fuses for the spot light
etc. will have to be unbolted too. So a day before going in I will spray it
all with PB Blaster just to help the nutz along.

Below is all the nomenclature for anyone else that has this box, I would
assume that Blue Bird put these in coaches for a good while on the older birds
anyhow.

I have no idea what I am looking at in labor, but I am going to guess a day.
