Generator Won't Start?

Tom-
It turns over great just won't catch. I pulled the fuel solenoid
lever as I tried to start but no go. doesn't appear the fuel
solenoid/arm is moving when I hit the start button? I don't see a
circuit breaker on the control box but the fuse is good inside the
box....

thoughts?
