Interested in a 1977 Wanderlodge

I have an opportunity to purchase a 1977 Wanderlodge. It has a new cat
engine with 15,000 miles on it. The owners lived in the MH all last
winter and stated that everything works great. All of the original
paperwork as well as paperwork on anything that has been done to the MH
is available for me to read.

I am looking for any input about what I should be looking for when
purchasing such a vehicle.

I have been reading about Bluebirds and like everything I am reading.
