Hey Scott, I would take a "piece" of a coat hanger, or a small screw
driver and gently push up in the fuel drain with it OPEN of course and
drain fuel into a glass jar and see what comes out. Sometimes "stuff"
will settle. You should keep that open to check for water in the bottom
of the filter, by occaisionally draining it. Has it been stopped up for
a long time??

You might want to take the filter assembly apart and clean the bowl.
(make sure you put some kind of cap over the fuel line) so it does not
drain everywhere

Much to my suprise when I took the drain plug out of the FUEL TANK
NOTHING CAME OUT. A coat hanger, bent to swirl around and wwoooossshhhh
here came the fuel..so much for that shirt and I did put it in a gal
bucket...I drained about 3-4 gals to check.
