propane problems
Hi Marc, if your 88FC is like my 85PT there is a gas leak detector located
in the toe space below the refrigerator. It is very easy to trigger this unit (shut it off) with you toe without realizing it; the result is exactly what you have experienced, no propane powered appliances. To the best of my knowledge there is no alarm with this unit just a âred lightâ on the gas detector. If this is the cause simply reset by pushing the button, this should result in a âgreenâ light and all things functional. Note that my wife has surprised me several times with this condition when she vacuums. Hope that its that simple for you. This past weekend fridge went out and would not relight. Stove top would not light either. Monitor shows 3/4 tank. No leak alarm has sounded. Tank valve is on. Any and all help/advise is appreciated!
