Hi Bob,

My 900FG had two wires going to the bowl (water sensor) and one
going to the middle of the unit (fuel heater) There were a total of 3
wires on the 900 that I had. I replaced with a 1000 FG- which has 4
wires. The old fuel heater in the 900FG just grouded to the frame. The
new one has a ground wire of its own that needs to be attached
somewhere outside the unit- probably because of all the plastic in the
new one.
