Depending on the model of in motion dome, you may or may not have
problems finding proper "clean" DC for power. There were some old
posts that indicated a particular unit kept malfunctioning when
connected to the filtered DC on a 2000LXi. The simple fix was to use a
120VAC to 12VDC adapter supplied by the manufacturer and connected to
the same outlet as the TV. It powered the dome/dish either from AC or
from the inverter and supplied clean DC. Just an additional note in
case your setup dislikes the filtered DC, highly unlikely but a
posibility.
