Interesting Bird and it's use

Hello everyone:

I Lawton America ( Oklahoma) while driving home form a dental appointment,
I passed the Oklahoma Highway Patrol building and they were having a
show and tell of sorts.

On the pad was a helicopter, several vehicles for different types of ??
deployment. Then the communications vehicle was most interesting. It is a
Bird, looked to be about an 83 vintage, no rail on top, and had a front and
rear door on the curb side. It was also a FC, all painted in black and
white of course, but the Bird really looked good.
