Hi Ken,

That number on your title is most likely the Blue Bird factory chassis
serial number. You can confirm that with them directly. Vehicle
manufacturers did not use the 17 digit VIN system until 1981. Prior
to that, they used their own individual numbering system, which may
have included the 17 digits (or not).
