Low Water Pressure
If the pump pressure is adequate, why not simply use the tank water and refill
as needed. I don't generally like to have a full tank when traveling and this method keeps the water in the tank fresh. Some of us have reworked/replaced the entire assembly with a commercial 3/4" brass adjustable pressure regulator, a 3/4" checkvalve, and the necessary fittings to couple to the existing hose as the hose is not the problem we originally thought. That also requires a new metal plate to fill the original opening and to provide the structure to hold the 3/4" female hose connector. Total package cost approached $100 but was well worth it to achieve volume from the shore water similar to that you experience at home. While we were at it, some added a pressure meter. One caveat - care has to be exercised in the winter months as the volume of hot water can easily exceed the capacity of the Aqua-Hot. Of course, that depends upon the difference between the inlet water temp and your shower temp preferences.
