Diesel Fuel leak
Chris,
Follow the previous posts, get it clean, this is good advice. In the 3208 Cat manual there is a picture of two rear drain plugs, These plugs have O ring seals, Check these seals. Careful because fuel runs out of these holes. I will second Jeff motion, It is probably the throttle rod seal. I will add an additional posting on this topic.
