Don,
Look on the MARK V web site http://www.mark-v.com/ The site isn't
maintained the best. Go to the bottom and click on POLISH and then
check IP-100 Poly Shine, or IP-200. For many years now I have used the
IP-100 on all my vehicles, light or dark color, Bird, Truck, Cars, etc.
(too many vehicles, 42 foot wide driveway and it's filled). Their
products are great. The folks that have seen our Bird can tell you the
Bird looks like new (paint was in pretty good condition when we bought
the Bird, but required some work). The first time you apply it, it takes
slightly longer to get the coating on (I can tell you in detail about
this), but after the first coat, and you redcoat within 9 to 12 months,
it goes on so easy it is unbelievable, and after drying it comes off so
easy. Keep this in mind...years ago (maybe today too) when a new car
buyer was offered the expensive coating/shine that would last almost
forever...this stuff is the same thing...just doesn't cost you hundreds
of dollars, but you do the work, which really isn't bad.

You do need to purchase the covered sponge(s) to apply the product. Our
local detail supply store sells them. Terry towels work great for
removal. On our '87, lots of rivets, I use a tooth brush to remove the
residue around all rivets, windows, awning hardware, etc. when I'm
removing the dryed IP-100...I refuse to leave any build up.

Contact MARK V. Let me know if you need to me purchase the product and
have it shipped to you. I'm glad to do that. You pay only the cost,
nothing more, not even my cost to drive over there. I stop in there at
least once a month so no big deal. I have nothing to do with the
companies. I'm just willing to promote their great products because of
my experience using their products.
