Anyone install a King Dome?

When anchoring to the diamond plate, I would use a few very short
(1/2") SS screws with the points filed off.

Drill a very generous starter hole since the SS has a hard time
keeping it's threads intact, or run a steel or hardened steel screw
in, then back it out and put in the stainless, with perhaps a coating
of anti-seize for when you want to remove it someday.

You have about 1/4" under the diamond plate b4 the roof starts.
Walking around up there will wear holes in your roof if you leave the
points of screws on, or run them in too far.
