Ha!, Ha!, Whoopee, great. Thanks for the feedback.
It's true, one of those queer acting chargers will blow a fuse every time. Look for the "Rob" report on the IOTA's, $380 not bad. I have a Heart Freedom 2000, remote panel, like it a lot.
