FC coach owner: what 11R22.5 tires do you use / recommend?

I need to get at least 4 tires, and maybe 6, depending on the prices i
can find.

1. I am leaning towards Michelin XZE tires, but would welcome some
advice / thoughts on both these and other recommended tires.

2. If i do replace just 4 instead of all six, should the new tires on
the rear go on the inside or on the outside?

3. where did you buy your tires and at what price per tire? how much
more was mounting/balance, or was it included?

4. when getting new tires, were you able to obtain a credit for the
tires you 'traded' in? [Some of mine are still pretty good, which is
why i am not sure about getting all 6 replaced]

5. what tires and dealers would you definately NOT recommend?
