I read recently that this is something that is being done in Florida. I haven't
hear of it in any other states yet. You have a garage condo for storage of you personal toys, rv, boats, jet skis etc. There is enough room to putter with you toys, climate controlled etc. It is like an office condo for a doctor, attorney etc. None in California that I know of. A great idea and I think pretty successful so far. A new wave based on demand.
