Water leak...
First of all I want to thank everyone for the replies...all were very
helpful! I got the spoiler off and am in the process of cleaning off the sealant that was between it and the roof. I agree that it is probably un-necessary to seal all the way around the spoiler. I think when I replace it I will mainly just seal around where the screws enter the roof. Rob, I found that Home Depot had a Butyl sealant. It Dap Butyl-Flex rubber sealant. It says Gutter & Flashing on the tube. It was about $3.50 for the 10oz. tube. McCoys hardware had the NP-1 as well.
