FC Generator Compartment Walls
---This is in response to Tom's.. DO NOT USE LIZARD SKIN
WARNING...welll...I've been there and done that...AFTER applying
the "LIZARD SKIN" to the doghouse on my FC, the heat was MUCH less
AND the sound was less than the OLD foam, although there wasn't much
foam left........I am happy with the "lizard skin" as it
significantly reduced the HEAT AND did reduce sound, but heck, the
sound on the FC still comes from the front so it is difficult to
determine how much sound the "SKIN" reduced.....
ALSO, the company also sells a seperate bucket of "LIZARD SKIN SOUND
REDUCER" that I chose NOT to buy. Hey gang, I've been there and
I'd do "lizard skin" again!!! Probably next year when we get Back
from Australia in MAY, I'll put "lizard skin" in the SP radiator
compartment BUT I'll probably spring for the extra $200 bucket and
buy the SOUND REDUCER TOO!!
Best REGARDS to ALL!
Anybody need a great 80FC31???
$30,000 and I'll pay your AIR FARE to VEGAS to get it...Ask Harvey
Lawrence about it..He saw it Last week!!
Hank Hannigan
90SP36 in VEGAS..keeping it!
80FC31..a beauty FOR SALE IN VEGAS $30,000 and air fare!
