Bird's Nest South.
Paul,

I have 13 prime acres in Jesup Georgia directly on a limited access
bypass. I had it cleared earlier this year and have been considering
putting in a upscale resort. It has a creek run to the rear. I have
been toying with the plans with 35-50 sites.

I am a Georgia Real Estate Broker and we have been covered up with
people moving here from Florida for the last couple of years. I just
have not had the time to go to work on the RV venture but I hope to
get back on it by the first of the year.
