Texas Hill Country
Thanks Mike,
We plan to be in the Texas hill country over Christmas and possibly New Years. We plan to go to Tombstone first. I would like to go back to South Padre Island, haven't been there in 30 years. We have the grandkids and school issues may nix that trip for now. But you never know. We have 20 days for our planned trip and we are always flexible. I've never been one for structure. Minute by minute planning doesn't fit a BB. Thanks for the invite. The southern edge of the Hill Country of Texas is fairly temperate. While it can get cool sometimes, freezing weather is usually quite rare. Days are usually very comfortable for walking around with just a light coat - if any. Seldom ever do you need heavy coats down here. (Of course, as I say that, I remember that we got snow late one night two years ago, but it was all melted the next day by noon.) Prior to getting the Bird and now having established a tradition of spending Xmas through New Years on South Padre Island doing Maragaritas, we had a tradition of taking the Harley for a ride on Xmas Day and again on New Year's Day. I would guess that about half of those rides were in shirts rather than leathers. You won't be very cold here! Consider joining us on South Padre Island! It's usually even warmer down there. Your drawing of the diagram of the LED wiring printed with no problems on 8.5 x 11. Taking the printout to the Bird. Looks like an easy project with your directions.
