New BB owner with a couple questions (i.e. safe combo and retarder)

Howdy, Just bought our first Bird, 1981 FC35. First, it did not come
with the safe combination, any ideas (other than the ones from Buzzy)
and second, what woukd it take to add a retarder to this rig, and any
ideas where I could find a used one. Or should I just add an exhaust
brake and call it good. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Doug
