tank vents 90SP36
Chuck,
My sinks have 1 1/2" pipes near the trap that are about 1 foot long and are
vertically mounted. On top is a valve spring loaded closed. I do not know why
they are there unless the valve provides an emergency gas escape in the event
the main vent is plugged. If that valve is open it might cause the noise you
described. Just a swag.

This may sound funny but there is a noticeable gurgle from the
kitchen sink drain when I empty the sink. I checked the vent on the
top right center of the coach and ran a plumbing snake down it.
I felt an obstruction and from the dirt on the end of the snake
I surmised it was the remnants of a wasps nest. I continued to feed
the snake down the vent but never did touch water and the gurgle is
still there. Any ideas?
