Installing Aux Battery & Prepping Box
Hi All,
You might want to try Rhino Lining on it, I was at a Jeep Show in PA and they had a Cherokee there with it painted on the whole body... Looked neat... I am sure it will work on the battery tray as it is rubber based... HTH Sea Ya Larry Croton Point Park, NY 84 35 FCSB Andy Coleman Hello Leroy; Thanks for your response! I love POR-15. I have another bus, a 69' Dodge, that is covered with it. Once painted, it never rusts again! However, the POR on my 69's battery tray is bubbling and peeling off from the battery acid. Its not very resistant. Unfortunately. POR-15 was my first guess to. Anybody have any other paints or coatings that might work?
