Slideout Problems
I think one of the problems with the pneumatic seal is
over pressurizing. When the seal is installed the air pressure regulator must be adjusted to 15 to 17psi max, anything above this will cause the seal to ultimately fail. This info is from HWH. I believe most factories, BB included, tend to over pressurize the seal to ensure complete contact around the entire slide body. The fact is, a new seal needs to stretch, and will in time. If the seal does not make compete contact initially, it will as it stretches. We must resist the temptation to over inflate. For slide issues I'd recommend going directly to HWH and skipping BB.
