Issues with 84 35FC

That's what I have been doing ;o)...
I am on City Island, The Bronx, NYC...
I store the coach in Chester, NY off of US 17, I only pay $70... Gated,
cameras, 6am - 8pm access 7 days/week...

I had the digital multimeter out and was checking the bus=zzer, when
