What's that annoying buzing???
Sounds like you are describing the buzzing caused by the coil in a
transfer relay. This usually happens when delamination occurs. Three fixes: 1. Slap the outter surface of the box containing the relay (temporary). 2. Disconnect all power and remove the cover, clean any debris and tighten the mounting screws. 3. Replace rhe relay. Rich D.
