Hitch Extender Adapter
Doug, we had a bike rack on the back of our last car. We didn't
like that because
1) it was a pain to mount the bikes when we moved, then take them
off to avoid driving them around ALL the time.
2) they get REALLY dirty riding way in the back – any cover (read
drag) could have eventually blown off and become a hazard for the
drivers behind us.
3) the maker of the bike rack wouldn't honor the warranty because it
was on a towed vehicle.
