Space Ship TV Antenna
Leroy, just tape several local news broadcasts and put one in when
you get home sick. Its always the same old thing. By the way, at the
SW Rally in October I won the "Jeopardy" Contest every night. My
vast wealth of knowledge impressed everyone.

is omni-directional and according to the literature it is generally
considered to be good for transmitters within a 35 mile radius of the
antenna. I figure because I mounted it on the old mount and can raise
it when we stop that it might even do a little better.

understanding is that you can no longer receive your home stations
after you get out of your general coverage area. I don't know exactly
how far that is. I hope that we can still pick up our local stations
on dish in Florida. We have done it in the past, but I think that was
before they went to the spot beam. I'm not sure what the problem was
that caused them to change, but since you pay extra for local
coverage it seems you should be able to get it anywhere. I presume
that local stations somehow objected. I seem to remember that it was
a legal issue. Other than that CRS wins.
