source for new muffler for 8V92?

Tom,

I replaced the entire exhaust system on my 85PT40 6V92. The muffler
was an "in stock" item. It was around $200. The entire exhaust system
from Turbo to exhaust tip installed was $1,100. Bluebird wanted
$1,900 for the parts only. Ouch.

Coile's can do ANY repair to our drive train. Overhaul the engine,
transmission, differential and as well as the periherals- air
compressor, fuel pump, turbo, blower, etc. They service all the tour
buses in and around Illinois. Great people, very reasonable.
