Dana cruise control adjustment??

Happy Holidays to all, The weather was so nice here esterday, Lee and I
took Pokey out for a little drive and checked out some of my repairs.
Everything seems to be working, the Redi-Line works, the genset quit
smoking after a little warm up time. The cruise is working, but only
seems to work at speeds above 60 MPH. I was thinking that it should
start working at about 40 MPH. I see on the "Dana" green box down by
the accelerator pedal that there are some adjustments avaialble. They
are marked like "low speed", "centering ", "terminal adjustment" and I
think one more. Any ideas on if there is an adjustment to set the speed
at which the cruise becomes available? Thanks as always, Doug Engel,
