Gardner,
I don't know about option, but our '74 had a convection/microwave oven.

Best thing to do is remove the old unit. Measure the space you have to
work with. Start searching the Internet based on that space.

I had to replace our unit two or three weeks ago. The new unit
height/width is slightly less than the old one. Made for easy install.
Internal cavity is about the same as the old unit.
