Morning Greg. I'm installing one of these Xantex auxiliary chargers in
my coach just to keep the gen battery up to full charge. I use an
Optima Blue top for the gen set too. I will pull the charger input off
of my house battery bank so the gen battery will always be charged
either from my engine alternator, the Heart Inverter or my IOTA
chargers. They are on eBay for $50-60.
