Two questions: CCC on a 89, 36SP and Painting cabinets

Hello - I tried searching to see if my questions were previously
answered - and have not seen any replys that hit the mark exactly so I
figure I will ask.

1. Although each coach will certainly be different, is there concern
for CCC on a 1989 36SP? Unit I am looking at is pretty loaded with
extras...

2. Has anyone had experience painting the interior cabinets? I know
some folks may adore, but we hate some of the colored cabinets that
were used...is there a relatively easy and cheap way to alter the color?
