EL Dash Test Panel
I made up a small panel of electroluminescent panel to test the dash
inverters. It is a quick way to test to see if there is output from
the inverters with out getting into test meters that most have no way
of testing the voltage or output (rms)
If you ever need it you are welcome to it you just have to track it
down from whoever has it
