OLD FORUM, BRUCE

I contributed to the old website before it became a requirement to
make a payment. bruce calls it a "contribution" but when it's
required, isn't it really a fee?

i left a message to bruce telling him i didnt think his new model
would work. the attraction to the site was the forum, where people
would post and share. since he is making the attraction pay for the
site, it will fail. i suggested to Bruce that he get fees from the
classified section of the site, where people would be willing to pay
for exposure to the traffic. i think that every site needs to be
supported and it's unfair for one person to shoulder everything;
nevertheless, i think Bruce has spoiled the site unintentionally.
Hopefully he can correct this. It would be nice to have a no-yahoo
site, but making people pay to post..... gee whiz... i have better
things to do.
