boondocking in cold weather?
I'm planning a trip from NY to Fl. in Feb. The temperatures could be
low when we leave and the first day or to. It got me thinking as to what temperature should I keep the generator going to keep power to the freeze heaters? Do I need the freeze heaters energized when going down the road? Or boondocking? How cold do those nooks and crannies where the pipes are get when the outside temp. is cold and heat is on inside? I'd like to hear what others have done, and hopefully not learn the hard way! Tom Sorrentino Bedford Hills, NY 4 degrees yesterday a.m. 1987 PT38 |
