Martin wall heater fan problem
Hi, all--

Hope everyone is weathering the weird climate patterns of late, and especially
hope you Florida folks are OK! We're a little soggy and cold in the Pacific
Northwest, but otherwise, it's pretty mild by comparison.

We have a problem with our Martin wall heater in the rear bath--the fan won't
spin any more. Anyone else have any experience with this same problem, please?
Stew is theorizing that if he makes the effort to take the thing apart and clean
it, that might solve the problem, but isn't sure it will.

Also, from their Website, it appears that Martin Industries, Inc. is out of
business and no longer offers parts/tech support for their electric wall
heaters. Is there any source for parts/support if we need it, please?

If it can't be fixed, does anyone have suggestions for a good replacement
heater, please? And, would it be better to replace it with something more
modern/efficient, anyway? For example, when we had to replace the ceiling fan in
the bathroom, the new fan, while we still need help wiring it to the existing
coach switches (it currently only works via remote control), is a lot nicer,
quieter, and works 'way better.

Thanks in advance for any info/advice you can offer!

Best regards,

Jo-Ski and Stew
