City water regulator
If the regulator has 2 small holes on each side of the water hose
connector, you get a new one from BB, then simply unscrew the center part out of the existing housing with either needle nose pliers or if large enough a set of snap ring pliers, se the old parts aside. Remove the new regulator parts form the new one and install in the original housing. About a 10 minute job. If not this style then you in for a cramped job getting to the back of that one via a small space in the same area as the water heater or just toward the front from there.
