Satellite Receiver Hookup
Hi Everyone,
I have a '87 PT40 and I am looking at adding a portable satellite dish to my setup. A couple of questions: 1. Can you bring the satellite signal through the cable input switch to the satellite receiver? 2. I understand that there is power going to the dish from the satellite receiver and that there is an issue with the amplifier for the regular antenna which somehow do not allow the satellite and reciever to properly communicate. If I can't go through the A C switch in the coach can I split the cable input to the switch and then go directly to the satellite receiver when not using a cable setup? Any other info is greatly appreciated! Jo and Bill Neil '87 PT40 |
