Yes, input / output to the panel and breaker is as you describe. If 110V
present, the next thing to check is the switch that changes the 110V connection from gen 30/50 and shore power. That switch may be bad. If there is 110V to that switch and not out of that switch, then I think the switch is bad. Curt Sprenger 1987 PT38 8V92 "MacAttack Racing" Anaheim Hills, Calif.
