Bill, Dick,
Dick, I agree, why have the valve. Could be there are wires in our dash for that valve and they have not been attached to a switch? If that is true, a three way switch Winter/Off/Summer in place of the Winter/Summer switch would give us full control. Bill, I look forward to viewing your drawings.
