Thermostat Change Out Project & It's Growing

In regards to Curt's current "project", I think he started to just change
the oil, and said, "Hell, the oil is out of the motor, might as well rebuild
it!". It might not be quite that extreme, but almost. Curt's attitude about
his BB is something like, "Hmm....I've never taken that apart, and it has a
little dirt on it, might as well replace it".

I've asked curt to give me all of his discarded parts...they are probably in
better shape than my currently "in-place" parts.
