About the propane,
There is a shut off for each furnace, the refer, and the range.
The shut off for the range is under the burners. The furnace and
refer valves are located behind - under the refer, it is accesed from
the outside via the little door above the left drive tire.
Of course there is the main shut off at the propane tank.
Also if the DC is off, nothing will work.

The water heater should be AC.
Inside the left rear closet is the main AC circuit breaker pannel.
A "red" light switch should low be on the left side bed.
This swithch is for the water heater on twin bed models.
