Speaking of cooling fans

[Chuck Wheeler]

The Horton Clutch is a air actuated clutch. I used it to replace the
electric clutch which had come apart on my BB.

My fan is the electric and has only come on while sitting in traffic
in summer. What is the horton clutch?
