propane fill
Hi Ernie,

Try having your tank "Purged" before you get it filled next time.
It is my understanding that the tanks get residual air in them over
time and will not accept enough LP when you fill up. The other
problem could be a sticking float on your OPD. You can easily remove
the repair the contraption when the tank is empty next time.

Another test that you should run is to turn off the gas at the
tank and also at the master valve in the refrigerator compartment.
Then, a day later, turn the gas valve back on at the tank and listen
to see if any gas is flowing back into the hose. If you hear a rush
of gas, there is probably a leak somewhere. Good Luck!
